Modification of the Site or Terms of Service – Bcorp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time to modify these Terms of Service without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are posted on the Site. If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, you can continue with the previous terms and conditions for 1 month, and your sole remedy is to cease using the program.

Registration and Eligibility: a. To become a Member, you must be at least 13 years old and should be invited by a board member of Bcorp after the complete payment of the fee. b. You are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and corresponding Account information. You agree not to disclose your password to anyone. You agree that you are entirely and solely responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. If any of the contents are misused or shared, it will be considered as an offense, and membership will be terminated and may result in legal action. c. You will provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and will maintain as current and promptly update relevant personal information provided to us. You will not use false identities or impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use. d. Membership is accessible for an individual who completes the registration process for a span of 3 months.

Termination; Cancellation: a. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Program and Services and remove any material (including User Submissions) from the Site or our servers if you breach these Terms of Service. b. Being a part of any community or same niche business may result in immediate termination of membership. c. Being inactive for more than 2 weeks without prior notice will result in permanent cancellation of membership. d. Any behavior that spreads hatred or negativity by a student may result in a permanent ban of members. In this case, the decision of trainers will be final.

Content: a. The entire syllabus is taught in phases. One must complete one phase to start with the other. b. Assignments are mandatory for phase completion. c. Access to Bcorp Trader's Community will only be granted if you pass the eligibility phase, and in this case, the decision of the trainer will be final. d. Community access will be free for 6 months (after fee payment) and an annual AMC fee must be paid for continued service. e. Any services will only be discontinued with short notice.

Future Assistance & Student commitment: BCORP EDUTECH Pvt Ltd provides trading teaching services with the expectation that students will actively engage in and complete assigned courses, works, ledgers, and practices. We reserve the right to withhold future assistance if students fail to fulfill these requirements. Completion of assigned tasks is essential for optimal learning and progress in trading education. By enrolling in our courses, students acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Payment & Refund Policy: a. For complete registration, each member must pay the full fee. Partial payment will not grant program membership. b. Services will be discontinued if any pending payments remain, and access to the services will be restored once the fee is cleared. c. For any fee paid (advance or full payment), it is non-refundable. One can transfer the booking or seats to another person with the consent of respective trainers. d. Any external fee collection between members, if found, will be considered an offense and will be subject to legal action.

Acceptance of Terms: You accept these Terms and Conditions (EULA) (hereafter referred to as the "Terms") by using Bcorp (the "Service"). Without prior notice, Bcorp retains the right to alter these Terms at any moment. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes to the Terms if you continue to use the Service after they have been posted.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to direct damages such as financial losses and property damage directly resulting from the use of our website.
