Enrollment and Eligibility

An invitation from a Bcorp board member is required for your membership following the full payment of the membership fee, and you must be at least 13 years old.

You bear the responsibility of safeguarding and preserving the confidentiality of your username, password, and associated Account information. You commit to maintaining the secrecy of your password. It is acknowledged that, whether or not permission has been granted for specific activities or actions to occur under your Account, you alone bear full responsibility for them. Sharing or misuse of any materials will result in membership revocation and potential legal consequences.

You consent to fully, truthfully, and accurately complete our registration form and agree to promptly update your personal information if it changes. You pledge not to assume a false identity, impersonate another person, or utilize a name not authorized for use. Anyone who successfully completes the registration process within a three-month period is eligible for membership.

Cancellation; Termination

In the event that you violate these Terms of Service, we retain the right to promptly terminate or suspend your access to the Program and Services and remove any and all materials (including User Submissions) from the Site or our servers.

Participation in any community or business targeting a similar audience will lead to immediate membership termination.

Remaining inactive for more than two weeks without prior notification will result in permanent membership cancellation.

Permanent expulsion of members will be enforced if a student engages in behavior inciting hatred or hostility. In such cases, the trainer's decision shall be deemed final.

Content

The entire curriculum is structured in phases.

Assignments are a requisite for phase completion and must be accomplished before proceeding to the next phase.

Access to the Bcorp Trader's Community is granted only upon successful completion of the eligibility phase; in this scenario, the trainer's judgment is conclusive.

Community access will be free for 3 months (following payment of a fee) and necessitates membership renewal every three months.

Services may only be terminated with prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At BCORP Edutech Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our students. For domestic students in India, our study materials are dispatched within 7 days of order placement, ensuring a swift delivery process. International students can expect their study materials to be shipped within 15 days. We aim to deliver exceptional study materials to our students. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Policy on Payment & Refunds

Each member must remit the full amount for complete registration. Partial payment does not grant program membership.

Outstanding payments will result in service suspension, and customers will regain service access once payments are settled.

All fees paid, whether in advance or in full, are non-refundable.

Transfer of reservations or seats to another individual, under the supervision of the appropriate trainers, may be permitted.

Any unauthorized fee collection among members will be considered illegal and subject to penalties upon discovery.

Enhanced Interaction with Instructors: For communicating with instructors and fellow students, our chat option is at your disposal. We store and manage your chats more efficiently.
